Return and Exchange Policy

We are fully confident that our products are of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied (or you simply wish to change the size or color, for instance), you may return or exchange your order within 90 days of the delivery date, no questions asked.

Our return and exchange process is easy.
Just follow these simple instructions:

There is no re-stocking fee. No return authorization number is needed. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original product packaging and in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached.

Please include your
original packing slip or email confirmation printout of your order contents with your return. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip, please indicate your order number.

 

RETURN FOR REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 1 business day. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

Please inform us via email support@usarmynavystore.com what size/color you need.

Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department, your exchange will be shipped to you with no additional shipping charge.

If you wish to receive your exchange as quickly as possible then please return your item for a refund and reorder the item you would like in exchange.

 

 

Return

The following conditions apply:

  • Returns must be received within 90 days of the delivery date.

  • All returned items must be in the original product packaging and in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.

  • No return authorization number is needed. Include your original Packing Slip (or email confirmation printout) of your order contents with your return. Please provide us with the tracking number once you have sent the package so it can be quickly identified and processed.

  • We highly recommend using a reliable shipping company (UPS, FedEx) that provides proof of delivery and insurance in case the package is lost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

If you received the wrong product, or if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us via email:

Please return the item to our return address and upon passing inspection as being a mistake, the product will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
